The trailer door needed service as you could not raise & lower it - This location had a selection of sizes which allowed me to go a step up in size effortlessly - very accommodating

No inspection, complained about roll up door, and I had to unhook trailer. No blocks for tires, was concerned it would into street. Tried to find something to stop a roll. Can't believe this place is even a U-Haul place.
DOUGLAS HThe check in to pick up truck was a disaster. UHaul changed my pick up location for the 26' truck the day before. The store clerk Was not sure on how to check out truck. The pricing was different than what I had been quoted when setting up. The truck was parked under a bunch of trees and was filthy. They only had 6 blankets when I ordered 48. I had to drive across town to pick blankets. They had no hand dolly. Location was by far substandard than the main Janesville UHAUL. They were fabulous to deal with and by far more professional. Would NOT recommend.

WILLIAM BFollow your instruction, the truck pickup was changed without any notice, I was suposed to get a confirmation call that was never sent, then when I returned the truck in Madison they had no idea I was comming and it took 20 minutes on the phone to finally straighten things out. So better customer service would be more appreciated
