The customer service at this location was absolutely horrible I felt very rushed the personnel were rude and I had to contact U-Haul directly in order to get my refund overall I believe this location need some serious attention the parking was also a huge issue

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhere we got it from, no one spoke any English. She didn’t know what she was doing. I had to have someone who wasn’t even there with us to complete transaction under U-Haul’s website because she couldn’t understand.
Betty MClean the vehicle, chips debris on seat. . Check the gas level. Drove lesss than 50 miles, put 5 gallons of gas in and get charged for 6 gallons. Said 7/8 but about 1/2. Filled to 3/4 and still got charged. Didnt get moving equipment I requested but u-haul still tried to charge me. Credit me in the end but very poor customer service.
Lee PHave someone knowledgeable explain the details of the purchase and fees. This kid didn't explain anything and seemed as if we were both doing something new for the first time. Now I have two different pending charges on my account for 120.00 and 167.00. My trip was literally 20 miles. Absolutely ridiculous.
Robert DThe experience I had with the 24/7 original pickup at Your Storage in Bel Air was ABSOLUTLEY HORRID. Literally beyond comprehension bad. I was picking up for our nonprofit who was hosting a donation collection drive and I had to show up more than an hour late to the event because your app and even internet explorer pickup options were not working. We looked like complete fools and had several donors call and complain because we weren't there. Who knows what the long-term impact of these donors poor experiences will have on our grassroots nonprofit all because of your terrible technology issues. NEVER AGAIN will our nonprofit use or promote you. Carroll Fuel was WONDERFUL!
