Byron SI was charged with the insurance coverage fee by the front desk merchant when I know this is an optional add-on and when I made the reservation online, I specifically didn’t add that option. It was added on my the merchant without asking me, and when I asked about it upon returning the trailer, she said it’s not optional. I know this is optional because I’ve rented trailers many times. I want a refund.
RYAN CThere were no personnel on site. It was Sunday and they were closed. The building was really pretty and the parking lot was clean It was easy to return the truck
ERIC WNo one was present at the store even through it said it opened at 9am. I had to call the U-Haul main customer service number to get help. Once I was able to check-in via the app, it asked me for the truck number on the front of the truck, however it was behind a gate so I could not see it. I had to wait until someone showed up at 9:45 to be able to get the truck that I was supposed to pick up at 8am.
