We were charged for mileage that we were not expecting. That was really disappointing. There was nowhere mentioned that we were going to pay for mileage.

DIANA S1st; Truck and trailer requested at one location; single person here. And they split them up two different locations that ate my miles up. 2nd: Wenr to pick up trailer, no one at uhaul center, sign said to call, did so no answer 1/2 hour later clerk shows up. Rachet on trailer for tire tie down not working right, strap on drivers side popping off tire. 3. Bald tire on trailer; had to call and wait for service which I would of had to pay for if I hadnt taken out plan. Having gone over miles running back and forth between the two uhauls I had to pay an extra 205 bucks. Not happy wont use again.
