Would have been better to be able to rent a larger truck. The 15†required too many trips but going to a location farther away wasn't really an option.

Took an hour for the app to allow us to pick up. Then the engine sounded like it was going to blow up. On the way to pdx we has a flat that took 3 hours to get fixed. Really not satisfied

Chris S.Sight was very junky and didn't look like a rental location. Persons wife was there cause he was sick( understandable) but didn't know what to do or where to put it. Luckily I was able to do off hrs drop off online otherwise I would have had to call for new location.
