I waited for almost an hour after calling 3 times the number on the door saying that they were out on property. No one answer so I had to go back to the other uhaul place that made the reservation and they called a different number and got someone, so I had to drive back and the lady didn't even apologize. In addition to that she started my rental time from the time I first got to her location even though it was now over an hour later.

Nicole Y.I reserved it for 230pm.. however when I got there I was told it was reserved for 3pm.. so I had to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Plus the uhaul was so small it didnt even have a ramp, I returned it without ever being able to use it because it didnt have a ramp. Total waste of a day.
