We paid for a dolly and it was not with the truck. We picked it up before business hours so there was no way to report this. In the end we paid for something we didn’t get.
Vinny DMake sure the app works. It didn't recognize the location on my device and wouldn't let me do the mobile truck share or checkout. The truck also said the parking brake wasn't working right since the light came on.
Joseph RThe driveway where my truck was parked is on an incline. It was very icy and it was difficult to get out of the lot. Lastly, after going through the return process on a browser on my phone, the U-haul site told me to finish the return process using the app. I downloaded and installed the app, but I did not see what I was meant to do on the app to finish returning the truck.
