I returned the truck to the clerk at the desk. Asked if I needed anything and told him where I parked the truck. A week later they sent an email saying the truck was not returned. I had to follow this up to assure then that the truck was in fact returned.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDrop box lock was a bit tough to manage. Location didn't seem like they were interested to help. Van was a tad dusty inside so I swept out with broom before returning. Van did run well and was able to accomplish mission.
Pete BLock was very hard to open. Other than that, a good experience.
Deborah BThere was no personnel available when I dropped off the equipment and there was no drop box. I had to make a special trip to return the key.
karen lI paid for a utility dolly that was not provided, it was a bit disappointing because I was moving some really heavy items. I picked the truck up while the location was close so I wasn’t able to get one. Otherwise, smooth experience.
