KATHLEEN SAbsolute perfect service, very professional. This, after my rental was moved from the original rental location at a true Uhaul location to some fly-by-night home furniture store in a strip mall that only had 2 trucks (not the size I rented) in front. The owner of that business obviously didn''t know what he was doing when he found out that he didn't have my requested equipment. Plus, his business wasn't even open on time with business hours clearly posted. He had to hand me his phone to speak to a Uhaul rep who told me that I could pick up the requested vehicle at a THIRD location. Luckily, once I arrived at Foundation Self Storage, everything worked like it should have in the beginning.
