Passenger window did not roll up. Gave it to us with 1/4 tank. I know that's because they hope we bring it back with more fuel than we took it with.

My trailer wasnt available and they had to move my reservation to a different city. I still didnt receive the $50 guarantee. Then the straps were to short to fit over my factory size tires. After that the store was closed on Sunday and I wasnt told of this prior. I drive a full size quad cab RAM 3500 with an 8ft bed. With the store being closed the only place to drop equipment is in the small front lot with 4 spaces, coming off a main street.
ADAM ERep seemed rushed and annoyed. Truck was dirty, mileage was wrong by 1/8 of tank. Warning light in truck for tire sensors.
