The rep let me leave with a truck that was hard-coded as in-city only, knowing that my intention was to return it to a different location. Once I tried to return it about 80 miles away, I found out that I had to bring it back to the same location I got it from, or get a $1000 fine. The reps at these non-Uhaul corporate places need better information and training so that they can explain things accurately and clearly to customers.
