Unfortunately, the employee who I talked to told me I had unlimited miles. But I got a bill for that was added on once I dropped off the truck for 12 dollars because I went over the limit I did not know I had. Otherwise he was very friendly and helpfulmatt P.

I would suggest spending some time modifying your website. When I booked the rental online I was required to enter information about my driver's license, which auto-populated when I uploaded the picture, only for that information to disappear when I hit submit. I had to re-enter that info a number of times, which was frustrating. Also, the credit card payment terminal at the Uhaul location barely worked, which was also annoying. I will be calling with detail. They lost my order... they charged too.much as to what I was told...they kept my gas when I over filled by accident becuas I couldn't find my contract until literally right after it was pumped,said it couldn't be returned ???? I waited for almost 60mins in total to get the rig and return the rig. The customer service was not friendly, no eye contact , no smile, not thank you, NOTHING !!! It was definitely a ver poor service and experience for my first time ever using Uhaul!!!! Especially at such an exciting time in my life. I try not to judge by first impressions, but this is difficult.Sara S.
The truck was extremely dirty on the inside of the cab. I had to wipe the entire in side with Lysol disinfectant wipes. Given the covid19 crisis I was very disappointed. I answered "Yes" to "recommend to a friend" but that would be on the condition they inspect the vehicle first. .Perley B.
I think it'd be a lot easier if the trucks all had full gas tanks when they're picked up, that way it's really easy to return at the same gas level as when picked up.Tim P.

Kate was great. Very accommodating and friendly. Came to return the trailer and was very frustrated. Who makes a 6x12 trailer with a 4foot ramp on the back? I drove over an hour and a half each way to get my new side by side only to get there and it not fit in the trailer. The very unpleasant older lady that was there for the return was acting as though I was an inconvenience to her and wouldn't even entertain the idea of giving me some sort of refund or swap for a trailer that would suit my needs for today. I had the trailer for a total of 3 hrs (drive time there and back) on a 24hr rental . If you're lucky enough to deal with the young lady Kate, you'll have a great experience... it's time for the older folks to learn a thing or two about how to work with customers ...Trevor S.
Everything was great for us however apparently the truck got double booked so another customer couldn't get the truck they needed until we returned ours. We had only booked for 4 hours and so returned it by 4pm however when we picked it up we were told we could have it for 24 hours . Then received a phone call asking when we were returning it as someone was waiting. I. This case we only needed it to pick up some new furniture but if we were moving and actual apartment then we may have just kept it for the full 4 hours or even 24 and that poor other person would have been even more upset!Elissa Q.
Need to have a service with handy men if customer needs help to move in just the coperate area because it was a bit trouble for me to do my moving but thank God something works out but otherwise I am ok with the service and your staffing they're awesome thanksEccleston J.

We couldn't have had a better experience. The attendant who waited on us was very knowledgeable and super helpful! We had trouble on our end with the our hitch and he went above and beyond to help. We are extremely pleased!!Holly G.
Brakes on van are in terrible shape - steering wheel had a very bad shimmy every time brakes were applied. Van should not be on Road until situation is rectified.david L.
