More staff. Also the manager on duty told me I could return my trailer in homestead instead and when I tried to do that they quoted me a couple hundred to change locations so I kept the trailer and then when I made it back to key largo, was charged a $90 late fee soooo I'm not too happy with my experiencechelcie F.

As per all of my recent rental experiences, the only thing that went smoothly was making the reservation. Once I arrived to the uHaul location, the attendant did everything possible to get me hooked up quickly however the computer susurren made that impossible. 30 minutes to an hour before they could actually have the susurren accept the reservation made prior to arriving at the location. UHaul you need to upgrade your computer system to make it efficient not only for the customer but for the employees struggling to serve us customers.Juan R.

I was accused of leaving spolied meat in the back of a pickup, which is nonsense. I ony had the car for 3 hours and left it clean and empty, I will be following up, please contact me to resolve, the local office wants to charge me $100!DANIEL JUSTIN A.
I pulled into the equipment drop-off area. An unidentifiable man pulled up in the distance on a golf cart and waved me to his location. I stated that I was returning my dolly 2 days early. He appeared aggravated and he was rudely yelling at me from a distance, still unidentifiable. He finally came to my location and rudely stated that I should've come to his location instead of stopping at the designated equipment return area. He started to hurriedly detach my dolly as I told him that I had to do it and that he was not going to get it off until I unlocked my receiver pin but, he on tinted to attempt it until I told him again, to stop and that I had to unlock my pin first. He had a hand-held device that he scanned or typed the number of my dolly into. He rudely told me to unhook it on the other side of the U-Haul complex. No one else was at the U-Haul office needing any help nor service at the time. He rudely told me that once I unhooked I could leave and that my receipt would come in email to me. I never received the email. Then, I get notified by email, weeks later that I have not returned my dolly and that â€œtheyâ€ have been trying to get a hold of me to no avail!? NEVER HAPPENED! ! I have rented equipment several times from U-Haul in the past through my account at this, and other, nationwide U-Haul locations without incident! Never have I been treated so unprofessionally and so rudely! The equipment has always been good except for needing proper air pressure in the tires but, the U-Haul personnel, for the most part, have been very much in need of customer service training!Reid C.
The help from the young man in Key Largo was exceptional!!!! Found out that my VW Atlas, while I bought it with a hitch, was not fully equipped with the male connection it needed to hook up the lights. I had to go to Advance Auto Parts in Key Largo to buy that part (was helped there by another very helpful young man). When I came back to U Haul the agent there finished up my hitching and we were on our way. So refreshing to experience such helpful individuals.GLENDA L.
