Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSo, I had my unit for several years. It was discounted considerably, because it was not in a convenient location. Over time the price was gradually increased until I was paying the same as everyone else was paying for an 8x10. This seemed a little shady. In a way it turned out ok, because I found a newer climate-controlled unit with a different company for a fraction of the cost. The only drawback is it is a bit longer drive. I know U-Haul Key Largo is a premium location, and I guess if you have all your units filled, then good on you, free market and such, but it is too much for me and I will spreading the word about better deals a short distance away.
matthew w | Expérience généralethe office constantly ignored my auto paiement and sent me several mails with unpaid charges. I had to go to the office to prove that they ignored my auto paiement twice in 4 months. that was an insult to my honesty and bad reputation as they would write to my best friend about the so called late paiement. writing to my best friend about kate paiement was a direct attack to my notoriety! There was never any late paiements but mistake from their office. As a consequence I moved out during a heat wave and that made me very sick. I request a written apology. I also request this company to remove my personal information from their files.

LEIVY P | Expérience généraleMy u-haul lock was changed to put new door on, but charged me for a new u-haul lock, also I left the locker clean and I left before the 15th and still was charged for whole month, no return of my half month still left, in my mind that half month should have been returned to me, I think it is bad business 🙁

At one point it came down on the back of the neck of my elderly friend. I notified the office again, and when I returned to empty the unit weeks later, the door still had not been repaired. I was told by the manager he was waiting for more doors to fail so all could be repaired at once.
