I tried to use a drop off location closer to my house but Uhaul changed it to this one for whatever reason even though there was one 5 minutes away. Wouldn't let me change it back. So after days on the road I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way for no compensation.

Original drop off was Copperas Cove but they were closed at 3:00pm so I went to Killeen but I’m glad I did they were more than helpful.

Rented me a truck knowing I needed car tower. Went to different location to get car trails and have my car loaded since veterans memorialdoes not load cars & truck was not wired for a trailer. It took 1.5 hours for the guy to wire the truck for me. Ridiculous, bad business. That was on top of my reservation pick up location being changed the day before I needed it.

My experience was good. The truck I wanted was there, the service rep was knowledgeable, friendly and made appropriate recommendations. I would definitely use this location and Uhaul again.

The lady was very friendly and attentive. I told her one of the ramps didn't lock and she put a red fix it tag on the car hauler.

The guys were quick when I went to turn in the truck, but getting the truck was another story. My order got switched against what I wanted from an in person checkout to a 24/7 smartphone checkout, and I ended up spending about 40 minutes in store waiting on that convoluted process to be completed.

I found the equipment to be in very good condition and clean. The staff that worked with me did a great job of locating the equipment i needed to get the job done and all went well.

I had to do their job for them. I unhooked, unwired, and moved the uhaul trailer by myself to an empty spot in the tiny parking lot. I’m a small young woman and I could’ve easily gotten hurt. This location was absolutely the most unprofessional location I’ve ever done business with.

Conduct equipment maintenance. Truck was 2qt low on engine oil, it vibrated very bad, it was leaking antifreeze, and the battery was low and almost died trying to return it to the next uhaul point.
