Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe owner is awesome. It was my first time utilizing uhaul and she made me feel comfortable by walking me thru the process
MARC F | Déménagement en ligneHad me drive an hour for a truck and trailer to later tell me to pick up the truck somewhere else and then come back for the trailer
BRAYAN C | Déménagement en ligneThe latch on the unit I rented has major issues when trying to apply circle lock. Need to be fixed.
Lowell D | Expérience généraleI could not get into my storage during business hours and not sure why that was my only issue.
GABRIELLE W | Premières impressionsThe employee did not know anything at all and refused to help me with my questions about accessing the self storage since they were closing soon. If I had not already paid online, I would’ve used a different service for storage.
Sutha K | Déménagement en ligneStaff was rude charged me extra was threatening and yelling.cancelled my reservation and when I asked why they started yelling trying to make a problem vs renting me another storage unit. Finally they rented me a small unit for double what my reservation was 200 $ for small storage rude behavior and double charge me rufsing to give me a return receipt
Deshaun W | Premières impressionsMy Excellent rating to you all, keep up the good work, we your customers will always be happy.
VIRGILIO M | Expérience généraleGreat customer service
YKELILA J | Premières impressionsThank you for your help tremendously.
Kendra H | Premières impressionsIt was close and convenience. Also they give you a free month. Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂 👍 😊 ☺️ 😀
mary s | Expérience généraleMoved from Florida to Texas in UHAUL truck and had one month free. That was very helpful and saved me a lots of money. For that I'm truly grateful. The staff were very friendly too.
mary s | Expérience généraleThe staff was very rude. I got behind on my payment but I tried to stay in communication with them. I paid what I owed in full so that I could remove my things. After I paid in full, the manager then told me that my storage would be locked back up the next day. I had to remove my stuff the next morning.I asked for the price to use their dumpster and was told their dumpster was full and if I left anything at all, I would be charged $100.
