The staff member was good. He was friendly and doing his best. The first truck he was going to give me did not start, the second had had the back doo open and was full of snow. The third and last choice started but was buried in the yard behind your plow truck. It was awkward to get out. When I finally got it to where I was going to start loading the floor of the interior was dirty. It had leaves and garbage and dirt all over the floor.

Be open when you’re supposed to be open have employees that don’t have an attitude because they had to be at work clean equipment before pick up inspect equipment before releasing it with damaged parts and have at least the basic knowledge of equipment
JAMES NEasy smooth transaction. I arrived late as the employee was about to close for the day, but he delayed his departure to ensure I got my equipment. When the location computer failed he found alternate ways of completing the process.

EVAN SBattery was weak. After second start, I could feel the battery die. I then had to keep the engine running for 1 hour as I couldn’t afford a dead battery. Don’t expect this from a Uhaul rental. 0/5
