I had a positive experience overall, thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff. In particular, Mohammed was outstanding-he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. The reservation, pick-up, and return were all seamless, making the transaction hassle-free. However, there were a few issues with the equipment itself. The chain connectors on the trailer appeared to be jammed or possibly bent, making them difficult to tighten securely. Additionally, the trailer was unfortunately too narrow for my needs. I attempted to load my riding lawnmower, but the short and steep gate made it impossible. In contrast, other providers offer similar trailers with longer, flatter gates, which are much better suited for loading equipment like a lawnmower. Overall, while the customer service was exceptional, the trailer design and maintenance could use some improvements to accommodate a wider range of needs.
