all the tires were under 30 pounds of pressure and one tire was almost bald, there was NO walkthrough or inspection on the trailer. the tire blew out almost causing a major accident and delay of schedule on the thruway, upon roadside assistance arrival two tires had to be replaced. i usually give 5 stars on all my multiple uhaul rentals but this location was extremely below standard

I can't see anywhere to improve here. The checkout process was seamless and fast. The person helping at this facility was straightforward, honest and very clearly explained everything to me. The vehicle I rented was clean, ran smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The next time I'm in the Buffalo area and need a UHaul, I'm going back to GP Express South without hesitation!

Aqualeena JI had to call multiple times to get the receipt . Upon checking everything was ok and I was charged $183.56 however they charged me again another $74.50 very next day for groundless reason. Originally gas was low which I reported to the cashier but surprisingly they charged me $28 for gas and another $30 for gas service, we left it clean with blanket folded but I got charged $10 for cleaning fee. Altogether the whole experience was terrible and would never go back to that location .
