Everything was ok but the app shouldn't offer things that the locations do not have. I ordered a dolly and had no clue I wouldn't have it until I arrived. If I didn't get to the place 20 minutes early I wouldn't have gotten a truck since they don't do mobile pickup yet I was offered this as a method. Guy at the place was easy to work with and the only reason for 3/5…

I had a great experience but I didn't understand the after service hours fee in my invoice that was sent to my email. But otherwise was fine
AMY SI reserved a truck at another location and was canceled a last minute because renter before me kept truck. I had to go to this location before 12 noon. I rented truck before closing and was charged $20. After hours fee, not sure why. I rented blankets for $10. That where wet and had bugs, spiders in the bag. They were kept in shed outside. I couldn't use them. I was really angry I had to deal with this at the last minute when I reserved 3 days in advance. I will be contacting uhaul and want a refund for the extra 20 and 10 for blankets I couldn't use. This was my third time renting from you in the past year not right
