Michael KBecause of what was told to me at pickup location and the opposite at drop off location I will be using Penske my next rental. The service techs at both places were not helpful at explaining charges and questions. Will not use or recommend in future.

Jeffery CReserved truck with dolly. The store didn’t have a dolly and the guy there basically just shrugged and gave me a number to call to find one somewhere else. I had to drive across town to get a dolly and when I got to the other location to pick up the dolly they told me that 400 Broussard was still charging me for the dolly that they didn’t have. They were able to fix this for me, fortunately. This added about an hour to my trip and was a total waste of my time. The truck didn’t run very well and had someone else’s clothes hanger in the back. I don’t think they really care like they do at other locations. Also, the entrance to the office was blocked off with a table? Is this some sort of Covid thing? Seemed weird and the attendant and I were basically just yelling across an empty room at each other.
