Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOne item: When I rented the truck, the person at the counter said that the truck half a tank of gas, when I started the truck is showed closer to one quarter of tank. I called the person at the counter where I rented the truck and mentioned it to him that the tank reading was lower that he said. He said he made a note of it. Unfortunately, my wife took the truck back while I was busy with the move, and she filled it up over the half level. I thought there was a communication problem at the office. My wife ended up putting $37 worth of gas in the tank to bring it to over half limit.
Hamid NTerrible experience, I usually have good experience with U-Haul in my past moves. But this time I got overcharged and the pickup location was terrible I was waiting for over 40 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. And the drop off was the same
