I couldn't get the code to open the lockbox with the key. I had to call customer service. It took me a long time to collect the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFirst, the attendant at the facility is excellent. He did everything possible to assist that I could ask for under the circumstances. I had ordered 2 furniture dollies which weren't delivered and created a significant issue for me. The truck cab was was very dirty inside an the side view mirrors would not adjust creating a significant safety issue. With the exception of the attendant, who was doing everything possible to make things right without the necessary tools, this was the worst UHaul rental experience I've had.
Steven Pgreat service!
Jingmei YYour website needs to give better information on true costs. In my case, the only information provided was the rental cost of$19.95 per day and a $1.99 per mile charge. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised when I picked up the cargo van and learned that it would be significantly less expensive for the miles driven. Also, provide full tanks of gas to make refueling easier. It is too hard to gauge how much gas to add to the tank the way you currently handle things.
Paul KScott is very nice and humorous! On top of that, he is a good salesman. Rental is straightforward.
