When I attempted to drop off the key in the box. A dog that guards the property attacked me and nearly bit me. I went back the next day when it was open and they didn't even apologize. They said he wouldn't actually bite me and he only acts like he wants to bite.

Use of a "4-dial" type lock on the rear door to get the ignition keys. This would allow pickup on weekends because ACC is closed on weekends.
BRIAN C.The owner is KNOWN to be extremely late for 10am reservations/pick ups. His hours say he is open at 10am, HE IS NOT! It's terrible how he wastes the customer's time, especially during a move! Someone else needs to open a Uhual facility in that area! Don't waste your time, here!
