Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe straps on the auto transport would not prepared for us so we got to our location. It took us two hours to fix them.
JEFF CThe personnel at the U-Haul drop off location were very polite and professional.
Michael LThe pickup was very different from the video I had been sent. The combination locks were metal and Rusty and extremely difficult to open. There was another person next to me who also couldn't get hers open for a very long time. Because it was a mobile pick up, I didn't get the sheet of paper that says how much gas I needed and so there were no instructions about starting the vehicle or how much gas to put in. The night before when I called U-Haul they had told me my reservation had been canceled and then I had to talk to someone else who said it was still there. Prior to that, it had been moved to another location and I had to move it back. The whole experience was very stressful
Joyce PEveryone at the location was friendly and helpful. The truck was clean and well-maintained. Pick up was seamless.
