This rental was an absolute fiasco. My reservation changed FOUR times in less than 12 hours. I wanted to pick up the truck and trailer from the same place. It was available in one location when I booked it. The next day, my reservation changed and I had to drive to opposite ends of Lincoln to get the items. The Pine Lake Storage location tried to help by moving the trailer to Liberty Auto, but when my reservation changed AGAIN it was across town again. When I finally got to Liberty Auto, the one guy made me wait 30 minutes while he sold a car. I will avoid U-Haul FOREVER. This is my second time renting in less than a year, and my reservations in December 2025 were just as much of a mess. Do freaking better, U-Haul!
