It was not the responsibility of the location, but the equipment I had reserved was not at the location at the appointed pick up time. Even worse, it wasn't due for almost 8 hours. How can U-haul book a new reservation for a time prior to the return time for the previous reservation? Fortunately, we only had to wait about an hour for the equipment to be returned. The person at the location was very helpful and tried to find an alternate solution, but none was available.

Had to pick up at this location due to availability. Truck was clean. A/C: no air from the vents. I found this out after having the truck loaded - too late to do anything about it. Slips out of reverse. Slightly out of alignment - pulls a little left
