First of all I was supposed to go to Lodi which was about 40 miles further than I made the reservation for. The day before, I received a call saying the location I requested didn't have the trailer. Or anywhere near.Josejuan M.

The driver side mirror was so lose it was about to fall off not safe for driving . and the dolly wasn't latched properly and fell while driving and I'm sure I was charged even though I didn't use it . I only used it for 3 hours just to move a couch not worth the price .Lindsey B.

Pick up - they changed my location the night before - further from my home. drop Off : no line, no one there waiting. Employee took the keys and said thank you and said we didn't need to do anything else. Returned it Sunday- 1 day early. it's Tuesday and still not checked in. Got charged a fee for being late since they didn't check it in. Still waiting for refund. Tried for 2 days to reach live person at the location and the 800 number - finally chose stolen vehicle extension to get a live person. Very frustrating overall experience.Jaime S.

Poor customer service, I was called 30 min after rental was supposed to be returned and verbally threatened by the u-haul employee of $150 late fee .she stated that I'd be charged a full day and needed it returned in 2 hours.. we will never return to this location zero people skills!DAVID W.
