handled the drop off through a ring-doorbell but the person was very helpful and responsive. Gave good drop off instructions and it went well.

JONATHAN SThe location and condition of the rental were fine, the U-haul app seems really slow and somewhat buggy.
Joseph WThe app experience was slow and horrendous. What could have been taken care of in a face-to-face interaction in five minutes took nearly an hour (through check in and check out). App kept crashing, would not accept photos, and had us sitting in the cold parking lot with how slow it was.
