The truck ran good however the roof leaked in two spots in the front and one spot near the rear. Two of leaks luckily went on blankets that really didn't cause any damage however one in front soaked my $3500 grandfather clock. Not happy whatsoever. Everything else with my experience was good.
The man that help me was very polite. He made sure that I found the key. I had to change time and he took car of it. Great customer service

I was charged 24.99 for extra mileage when we didnt exceed the mileage cap. We only 47 miles and the mileage that we paid for was 51. Dont understand where the mileage upcharge was. Do your uhaul associates get a commission because I'm thinking we got screwed.

I rented a 6X12 cargo trailer to move house hold stuff to Dallas area. Trailer was easy to load with wood slats to secure large furniture. Trailer pulled very good in Dallas traffic also. Will definitely use again made the process of moving easier with out a doubt.

It was very expensive just for in town, getting charged $0.99 a mile AND having to fill the tank back up...
I got sidetracked while refilling the gas tank before returning truck to Longview. I was only needing to put in 9 gallons but ran it up to 34 gallons, or 24 gallons more than I needed to. Wish you could reimburse me $40 or $50 for the accidental overfill?

Make sure you DO NOT HAVE ROACHES IN THE CAB OF THE TRUCK.. I was only moving a few Boxes for my family and didn't need a big truck so I got the smallest.. Upon getting ready to leave my family home my daughter started Screaming that she saw a bug I ran to inspect and that is when I saw a big House Roach not a waterbug but an actual House Roach crawling on the dash board.. I got a stick and got it out.. Then as we were driving to the storage about 10 minutes down the road she's screaming again and there were more.. I pulled over and tried to get them out but unsuccessful. So we hurried up unloaded the truck and quickly returned the truck.. I have been using this site on hwy 80 in longview for over 7+yrs and never Experienced this mess and i just used them a month ago and didn't have these problems.. I'm very disgusted.. And if you pick this company watch your surroundings Inside this truck.. Spray your Trucks please..
Overall very pleased. Only concern was the wait. Only one attendant was available and there was a significant line the whole time. One I was helped, although, the attendant was very courteous and professional.
