David IIt’s in the middle of skid Row. The place to return was nice and the guy was friendly. The surrounding area is scary.
Cynthia PI was clearly told that I could drop off after hours…. They charge me for the mile more than I drive. Again we spoke to them that input in 50 miles but we drive less still they charge for more. They also charge me $20 after hour charge.
Aakash PThey put the incorrect gas level when I picked up the U-Haul. I filled up the gas to a little more than when I picked it up and they tried charging me an additional $30. The gentleman that helped me was nice but the lady working there was abusive and threatened me despite me leaving the truck where I was told to do so. She could have politely asked me to move the U-Haul to another space but threatened me and was very unprofessional. Terrible experience and I feel bad for the gentleman who was helping me out as he was genuinely nice and worked hard. But with the gas error and the lady being threatening I cannot write a positive review. Luckily I took a picture and videos of the truck before and after.
