Upon arrival, even after completing online paperwork, we had to do verification of employment. This makes no sense, we used a credit card. It was 4pm and it was nearly impossible to find someone from my office. We finally called my parents to verify I was who I said I was. This is RIDICULOUS. You can buy a car with less hassle.

I requested a dolly (and paid for it) but there was no dolly.
