Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExtremely rude staff that gave us a broken car transport. We were significantly delayed having to call a service tech once we got the equipment home (they hooked up the trailer when we picked it up, otherwise I wouldn’t have taken it). We called them to seek assistance and their response was that they knew the equipment was faulty and, essentially, we would just have to deal with it. We received no discount/refund having been given broken equipment. On top of that, despite reserving the equipment in advance, U-Haul changed the pickup location on us multiple times. I will never use U-Haul again as a result and I will tell others to do the same.
