The cab was dirty with dirt, leaves and cigarette ashes. Sticky residue in cup holder and drips. The cargo area was full of leaves and debris. There was no dolly (didnt need it but it wasn't in there). That being said, I love renting from this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I do pick up during business hours
JASON GThe schedulers changed pickup location only to find out right before arrival that there was no truck (25 miles away from my house) so I go to New location and got the truck (38 miles more) they only had truck so 38 miles back to first location to get the trailer, trailer was hooked up and I was about to leave but noticed missing license plate no temp even though they tried to get one but nope had to take it off truck and schedulers found one about an hour south of my home. So that day I had help to load but wasted almost 4 hours just to get part of my equipment. Day 2, not done loading but have to secure everything and take a 2 hour round trip to get the trailer. By this time, I had gone almost 200 miles in truck by the time I got to house to complete loading. So moving is about timing and scheduling. To get out of one home on time requires getting equipment without significant delays. In this case I had to alter lodging as well as re-do our dry ice search for different cities to keep all our frozen food frozen. I have never had such a run around with U-haul. This was our 32 or 33rd move since 1986. So when I say that, understand that I've rented trucks at least 28 of those moves.
dan gThe system wasn’t working, it took forever and we had to call u-haul to get anything done. The ladies on the phone took good care of us.
Barbara DThe two dozen pads I ordered were not in the truck. The outside lock box was frozen shut and it took 15 minutes of work to de thaw it to be able to get the truck key out.
