The people were nice- the truck was ok- the app and trying to do things on it was Horrendous. The app is shit to use. It wouldnt allow me to enter the right end mileage at all. We couldnt upload pictures- i had to call and she was awesome. I filled the truck over where i had to and got charged 78 dollars for 8 miles. Seems something is amiss here. Should not have been that much. Seriously 8 miles i drove it and had it for 24 hours. Crazy
lana C.I called 3 times to confirm my drop off location in Loveland, CO. Each time it was not actually added correctly and I was quickly hung up on. Once it was put in, the customer service member ended up putting in a completely different address (in Denver), and I ended up needing to drop off my vehicle the next day in the middle of a snowstorm. We will not be using U-Haul for our next move.
