My reservation was transferred without my consent or asking me or for any reason prior to pick up I waited for more than hour to get the truck even know a call day before asking about if will in will have any issues with my pick up I call day after returning the truck nobody's know who changed they told me to call 88 number and same thing. Will never rent again
