At this location, there are rates posted for rental that are different from what I was charged to rent the vehicle. I think the location is fine, but Uhaul business practices are unprofessional. I tried to express my concerns and all I got was refer to the contract. There is no business that post one price and changes when it is time to pay. You do not post a sale price and charge another when a person pays his/her bill. Bad business.RONALD T.

I had filed a complaint about the mess up with the vehicle and that I should not pay for the difference in mileage and gas price, but received a call from a different storage and then never heard anything again. Very unhappy and I always rent trucks from UhaulSabine W.
We were worried for this last minute move right after the snow storm, but was surprised and happy as our Uhaul truck was all cleared of snow and already wormed up. Bob was extremely nice and helpful in the whole process in explaining the after hours drop of process, we were not charged any extra fees as we could not finish online check in . No improvements needed! Bob was so nice and friendly on the phone helping me book the 10' truck rental. When I went to pick up the truck Raj was friendly, smiling and very efficient. We rented a truck th was 19.99 online and when we got there we were charged 129.00! On moving day! They told us they had 2 people waiting to rent it if we didn't want it. We had movers meeting us at 10am for 2 hours The Vintage Way through Uhaul..prepaid and a deadline! We didn't have that extra 100.00 this week.RAYMOND V.
This location was a junkyard with a couple of trucks - and one massive truck blocking our exit when we picked up and returned the car. There was no one to call when we had an issue. Additionally, this location was inconvenient to the place we were moving items to and from and it was no where near my original selection.Dugan M.

1. This is not the location where I made my reservation. The owner called me and stated that U-Haul switched my reservation to him. This location was 16 miles road trip in extra mileage. $28.64. The owner said he would credit me the extra mileage. When I picked the truck he said he could do that. Plain and simple liar. 2. Upon arrival at the rental location, no one had masks on. Was told to wait 10 minutes and someone would help me. This was a joke, 4 guys sitting eating lunch. Guy comes out, "you dropping off", no, picking up. Oh, you'll have to wait. Greet customer service. The place was filthy, dirty, disgusting. Terrible. 3. Actually discovered my truck wasn't even there. The previous renter pulls and all of sudden the guy can now help me. No COVID cleaning was done. Terrible 4. I checked in on-line. For some reason I still had to complete paper work and provide an emergency contact and my DL again. I asked why an emergency contact. "New UHaul policy". I asked since when, "a few months". Funny just rented truck 3 weeks ago. It wasn't required then and I when I arrived for that rental in Pittsburgh, they just handed me the keys and I was off. Then the guy asks for 2 more phone numbers. I just didn't feel comfortable. 5. Furniture pads laying in filth on the floor. 6. Upon return I had to take pictures of the odometer, inside and outside of the truck, fuel gauge and where the truck was parked so they could find it. 75 x 75 lot. I don't think it will be that hard to find it. And I had to verify my location to confirm I was at the right place. Like I didn't remember where I picked it up from. 7. I never write bad reviews but this place was terrible/dirty and I would not recommend this location to anyone.John W.
