This was my worst uHaul experience ever. I had to carry the dozen moving sheets and a dolly by myself when the worker could've easily helped OR put it in the UHaul before I got there like I've previously experienced. On top of this, the UHaul was parked in a terrible spot. It took me 30+ mins just to pull out of where it was parked. The UHaul was parked diagonally, squeezed into a spot that required me to move my mirror in multiple times, in between a dumpster and another UHaul that made it redicUlouS to get it out. I was super frustrated in the customer service and I won't be renting from this location again.Jake K.

The easiest experience I have had renting a trucking and checking out. I rent a few times a year, and this was my first time at this location. I will definitely be back to this location! Looks like a part-time business for this small mini-mart store. The rear door of the van would not open without the use of a long metal pry-bar to get it started. the recoil mechanism on the left (drivers) side was unwound and looks like the spring is broken. This was obviously not checked when the truck arrived. When brought to their attention, they said "would you like me to cancel the reservation, we can't get someone out here to fix this for a day or two". We went with the truck anyway and used a 6' prybar to start the door up each time.John B.

I already have 2 numbers registered on this order. At the time of appointment, the online prompt asked for a 3rd alternative number?! Despite having 2 already on file. Why???? It was so inconvenient because i had to find a willing family member to answer a call at 730am. You didn't mention that at the time of booking. Update your logics.Donald C.
When I arrived, the U-Haul had not been returned and the attendant basically shrugged and said we would just have to wait. There were other larger cars available, which they said we could rent for the higher price. We ended up getting on the phone with customer service, and they authorized us to take an available U-Haul for the same price, even though it was bigger, because it wasn't our fault the person with our car did not arrive in time. I was in a time and budget crunch, so it was stressful as it started with poor customer service- the experience ended with good customer service though!Jessica W.
