There should be another email before the pick up email where you learn that you should arrive about an hour before your pick up time. In reality, I didn't spend 1 hour with the pickup process but it did eat up 30-40 minutes of the rental time. I had to end up extending the return time and I lucked out nobody was waiting for it. The location itself was more than fine, it had ample space to park the trucks, and it felt safe.
