Nothing, everything met or exceeded my expectation. The staff was polite, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions. The motorcycle trailer was in great condition, towed easily, and was exactly what I needed.

Everything was friendly and smooth.
Nathan CIt was a very smooth transaction. My only suggestion is that the inside dash and window needs to be cleaned. Everything else was great.
Janene WI reserved and was charged for an appliance dolly but there was not one in the truck for us. We had to complete the move between the time this location closed and before they opened so we didn’t have an opportunity to go back and get the dolly. The Uhaul mobile check in and check out process is so tedious and time consuming. I will never use that option again, even if I have to rearrange my day to get to a location that is open during the time I pick up and return the truck.
