No one to help with pickup and never received a return call from either of the contact numbers. Self pickup is terrible customer service.

The truck had mud on the floor of the drivers side. The app didn't prompt me to take interior pictures so I had to pay a cleaning fee when i turned in the truck. Also I called the location to inquire about adding on a trailer and never got a return call. However, I called the number listed in the 'contact us' section of the app and the representative I spoke with was very helpful and found me a trailer at a nearby location.

DWAYNE BThere is no one around to help you. I tried to rent a dolly through the app but it wasn't with the truck when I arrived and there is no assistance on site. In addition, the site is somewhat remote.
