There was nobody there when I dropped off the van. It was fine. The directions were clear on what to do.! All was good 😊

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo one to help with pickup and never received a return call from either of the contact numbers. Self pickup is terrible customer service.
Jim WThe truck had mud on the floor of the drivers side. The app didn't prompt me to take interior pictures so I had to pay a cleaning fee when i turned in the truck. Also I called the location to inquire about adding on a trailer and never got a return call. However, I called the number listed in the 'contact us' section of the app and the representative I spoke with was very helpful and found me a trailer at a nearby location.
James BNo one there, no response from multiple calls to many numbers listed.
LYNN GThere was ZERO interaction with personnel at this location
