The representative was extremely rude and she flipped out on phone when she missed her exit. Her quote: “Great, I fucking missed my exit call, U-haul and talk to them if you can’t figure out the app”. This was after i explained to her that the app was malfunction and kept transferring back to the main page. I was on a tight schedule with my military move and she didn't care and hung up.

Shirley PInsurance that I had declined online was added to my bill, without my knowledge / consent. Super dishonest business practice. The location is un-staffed, we had to call and wait for someone to arrive. We had ordered blankets online, and were not told until the in-person pickup that the blankets were not available and we'd have to drive 15 min. to another location to pick up. That's not a delay I want on moving day. This was uncharacteristically bad experience - usually things go much smoother with UHaul. Very disappointing - the worst is stealing the money for a service that I had actively declined.
