Also the site did not allow me to complete the gas update as it because with a digital circle on the screen by the time I got back in it stated it had timed out and no update on gas could be made. Don't overcharge for multiple days. Don't overcharge customers for things they did not rent. First, I was charged for 2 days when I only had the truck for 5 hours. I called and they refunded for that, but while refunding I was charged for a dolly and furniture pads that I did not rent. This is bull. Very disappointed in the service here. In addition, poor customer service when I called too. Very disappointing. I usually don't have any issues with this location. Please train your new staff properly.MICHEAL J.

Rented a 5x8 trailer to move some of my Mom's stuff for her on Saturday at 2pm. Trailer was due back on Sunday by 2pm but we had it back just before noon. The same guy who hooked it up to my truck was there and unhooked it and said they would email a receipt. Well Sunday went on and no email, Monday came and no email. Checked the account online and saw was being charged for 2 day. I called in and got someone from corporate office that looked it up and said she would have them call me. Tuesday came and no phone call and no email. Finally at about 5pm get an email receipt charging for 3 days. My mom calls to tell me that they charged her for 3 separate charges on her C/C. So far I have spent 94 mins on the phone and am currently on the phone again with customer service at 19 minutes and counting. Apparently they are running some type of scam there. I've never have had an issue with U-Haul in the past but this is total BS this time around and all they do when you finally get someone on the phone is pass the buck to someone else. Still on hold with CS @ 28 minutes and counting.ROBERT LAWRENCE C.

Mr. Ramos, a very pleasant gentleman ALL of his staff (the two guys on the receiving team and the lady at the front desk) are exceptional. They made my stressful move pleasurable. This one of the only locations that are open at 7am. This saved me a lot of time. Thank you all.John C.
