Rose M | First ImpressionsI had the worst experience ever at this storage facility. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this location. The staff are extremely rude and poorly trained and do their work with little to no enthusiasm or work ethic. I can see why considering who their manager (Maranda) is. The manager of this location is one of the most unpleasant and unreasonable people I have ever had the please of meeting. She is such an insufferable person that I understand why all the employees there are lack luster do to their poor leadership and “management” at this location. Also an edition I was informed by one of the members of the staff that this location knowingly has rats and withhold that fact from all their customers.
