The Female representative at the location after the truck was returned was very rude, inpatient and unprofessional when called to inquire about final balance. I would NEVER rent from this location again! There needs to be customer service training.

We had one rented online with Uhaul for another location. Showed up to get it and there were none and the place was closed. In a pinch we were able to rent quickly from this location. Very nice employee helped us out and called me directly to confirm. She went above and beyond for sure. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. But she deserves kudos for excellent customer service.

MICHAEL BThe lockbox the key was in was very hard to open. I tried 37 minutes before the lock finally opened. Also, I had to stand in knee high weeds and briars to get to the lockbox. It was a hot evening and I had on shorts, my legs got scratched from the briars. So to improve for the next customer, I would say clean up the area at the lockbox and get better locks that open easier.
