There is a U-Haul dealer on cth E south of Auburndale that is closer to me and more coinvent for me to go to but was not listed as having the equipment I wanted to rent even though I could see he had the equipment I wanted to rent.It seems like you try and spread your business around to equalize it among your dealers.

Allistair HFix your online rental process, it took way too long and I wasn’t informed until I tried to pick up about the other forms needed which I didn’t have on me (passport?!, lease?! Who has that on them)
Wade SFix the parking lot! Should be larger, not easy to navigate.
