I signed up for the discounted price because my time was flexible and I was able to drive it to a farther location to drop it off, I never got my discount and was charged full price and still had to drive it to the farther location and when I called about it they said I would be reimbursed at the drop off location I was not.

Expand the timing , things always happens unexpectedly. Sales associates was great .
Donna DHalfway through the move the ramp malfunctioned and could not be closed to drive the truck. It set us back until the roadside assistance team arrived and fixed it. That ramp mechanism needs a total overhaul for that vehicle. it is basically falling apart.
