todd bThey changed my location 15 minutes before pickup. It added almost 20 miles on to my mileage. My truck did not have all the equipment ordered. It made me late for pickup. Absolutely awful experience. I thank customer service for giving me a credit, but it still made me late for my scheduled move and added miles which I had to pay for. The shop, although not officially open, was pleasant and provided me with a dolly that was supposed to be in the truck. I thank them for being helpful. When we drove by the original place I had scheduled for pickup. There were TWO of the trucks sitting in the parking lot.
Melissa BCups Auto is the best and easiest place to rent from. They are review everything with you and are professional but asl very friendly. Easy to pick up and drop off. This is the second time I have rented from them and would highly recommend them!
