The gentleman who checked us out wasn't clear on using the app to check in and out. He said we could check out using our phone but failed to mention we needed to check in before we left. Therefore I couldn't , "save the $20" because I was charged a day rather than a few hours.

Not happy so I go in on Wednesday to order a truck for Sunday not open on Sunday. Go in on Saturday to pay for it leave the truck there until Sunday when I did it. Use it for a few hours put $ 18.00 worth of gas in it when I returned the truck. Get my bill and it’s 184.44 if I knew I was going to get charged for 2 days I most likely would have not rented from you. Would have looked for something else. So in short 29.95 truck, 10.00 hand cart, and mileage cost me 184.44. That’s not good business. Plus I only used for a few hours on Sunday. Can’t say right now that I will be a return customer. ( NOT HAPPY )
DOUGLAS BIt has nothing to do with this location, the mobile check in was terrible and it took us a half our to reach customer service to remedy this.
