It wasn’t the customer service, the truck ran ok and the air was excellent. The only issue I had was the driver door didn’t open properly and the weather stripping was falling back and yas l was driving
dolores tMs. Sonya, Uhaul Rep, was great. She needs a raise. She was trying to check out customers at the grocery store, cut meat, and assist me with my Usual pickup and return. Too much for one person. The system went down. She was constantly calling her supervisor for assistance/approval. I request a full refund. This was a very frustrating, exhausting, stressful, difficult experience. Plus I had no transportation and used Lyft for transportation incurring additional fees of $60!
