Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe guy was super friendly and explain everything as it was supposed to be. the van was super clean as well.
Simeon UThe application had bugs with self pick-up. It took me 1h to get to have the keys!! Most of the process could have been done ahaed of time : send my picture, my driving licenses, the payment, the verification with another person... Such as we could make it faster when we are in front of the truck. When contacting U-Hall, the lady was not speaking French and she was not able to help me with anything usefull.
Benoit RCan you tell me how you can charge $20.00 when you return the location in time on a monday but the office is only open on saturday ????????
